	AfterDawn.com is owned by a company called AfterDawn Ltd. Ltd means "limited" company (in the U.S., LLC), meaning that the company is not listed in stock markets, but has several shareholders. Company is located in Finland, European Union and was set up in May, 2003. All current (as of August, 2004) shareholders were also founders of the site, back in 1999. In addition to AfterDawn.com, AfterDawn Ltd also owns several other websites, including MP3Lizard.com, Blasteroids.com and Dawnload.net.
