There's an annoying pause in playback after using TMPGEnc

If you are experiencing a small annoying pause that happens every second after encoding with TMPGEnc, this is most likely because of a framerate change in conversion. It happens a lot when you encode from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. The only advice I could give you, is not to change the framerate in conversion.
