6.1.  TMPGEnc
TMPGEnc is a shareware MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 encoder that produces good quality video, whether you're encoding your videos into VCD, SVCD or DVD format.

But as with all more complicated tools, there are several questions that relate to this tool, in this section we try to answer to the most frequently asked ones.

6.1.1. TMPGEnc can't open my AVI?
6.1.2. TMPGEnc says Cannot load P3Package.dll
6.1.3. TMPGEnc Gives Illegal floating decimal point error
6.1.4. TMPGEnc Says Read error occured at address xxxxxxxxxxx (during encoding)
