12.1.  How Do I Play AVI files on Xbox 360?
The Xbox 360 console is not only a powerful gaming machine, it can also play back many video and audio files with support increasing over time through updates. AVI files are among the most common found on computers these days, and so it makes you wonder is it possible to play AVI files on Xbox 360?

If your AVI file can indeed be played then you have two options; you can stream it over a network (wired or WiFi) directly to the Xbox 360 for playback or you can burn it to CD or DVD media and play it. For streaming, see...
