DVD+RW DL

DVD+RW DL is a re-writeable Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) format promoted by the DVD+RW Alliance. It is a dual layer disc that offers up to 8.5GB storage on a single side, and so contains two rewriteable dye layers. The DVD+RW Alliance approved the format in March 2006 and DVD writers compatible with it began to show up in 2007. DVD+RW DL competes with DVD-RW DL, which is promoted by the DVD Forum.

The recordable (write-once) version of DVD+RW DL is DVD+R DL.

there are pages upon 1000's of pages in my browser search for dvd rw dl discs or players, but so far every url,link,website,retail store site (Staples, Best Buy, and even Radio Shack) that i have clicked on i find "0 results"!!it's all double talk or discussions about dvd rw dl and no hardware.why does it seem like is it not possible to find any real-world physical item... THAT IS A DVD RW DL ITEM???
