The Conversion Process

The time the conversion will take depends on the length and number of files you selected. As you can see you have a Preview movie option (and an option to refresh a preview in Real Time). You can also set the computer to shut down when the conversion has been completed.

Success?

When the process completes, you might want to play back the MP4 in something like iTunes or Media Player Classic to check out sound sync and other things that could cause issues. If it's fine, then go ahead and transfer the video to your iPod using iTunes

Finally

Hopefully this guide has helped you enough so that you can encode all your video files for your iPod without any problems. If you have any problems, refer to our Discussion Forums. We have a specific forum for iPod discussion here. If you find any problems, mistakes or have any feedback on this guide, send me a Private Message (you need to have an account to send a PM). My nickname is Dela. I hope this guide helped you, hope you stick around :-)
