Building Image or Burning your VCD
You may want to just build an image with VCDEasy, thats ok. VCDEasy also allows you to pick chapters, i wont cover the chapter creation but will leave a note on it. If you have problems burning, you may need to download some ASPI drivers. You might also prefer to burn with Nero it wont make much difference except VCDEasy will allow you to add chapters.
Burning with VCDEasy
Open VCDEasy. Select your CD Writer and oif you want to burn, select the Burn Option. However, don't select burn if you just wish to make image files. The Volume Label is not very important, you can enter whatever you want here. Click Add Files and add in the MPEG file you got from TMPGEnc. After you have added, all you actually have to do is click Go. If you wish to add chapters, click the chapters button. The buttons are very easy to figure out. I find it easiest just to add chapters every five minutes, but if you would like to go through it and select your own thats fine too but sometimes chapters can start a couple of seconds before they are supposed to when you are playing it back.

This guide could have faults depending on your computers configuration and what you have installed etc... There are other methods too, like the DVD2AVI method you can find on other sites like videohelp, cdfreaks etc... that might suit you better. Hope it all worked out :-)
