I don't personally like the fact that the unit does not come off as a mass storage drive, but then again most units don't now. the Zune software takes what seems forever to load(especially on older computers) but I peronsonally think its better then Itunes, period. It's a little bigger then the new Ipod nanos, but that has yet to throw me off this product.

As an MP3 player, video player, and picture viewer, it's fine. Good audio quality and volume, although there's no onboard EQ to tweak the sound at all. Has some nice features.

Worst thing about the product: The software. It's slow loading...period. Not difficult to use, but certainly less friendly than iTunes.
