Seems a little steep to me. I got phone, internet (6MBPS), digital cable with HD and DVR and SHO for $150 month total as compared to $124/month for U-Verse w/ HD.

Plus there's that whole AT&T privacy policy/EULA change based upon the lawsuits for their complacence in the NSA illegal spying which says that all your personal data and usuage data belongs to AT&T to do with as they see fit so they can't be sued in the future for whatever they decide to do.

All Your Data Belong to Us... no thanks.
