Bankruptcy court OKs Napster's sale Bankruptcy court OK's the sale of Napster's intellectual property to Roxio, ending the long story of the P2P pioneer.

Next step is to court to set up a trustee to plan how to distribute the $5.3M Roxio paid for the bankrupt company to the company's creditors.
