I have the boxed version which I upgraded to dvd2 I was just wondering whether to bother updating to this newer version, Past updates of other software not elbys i hasten to add,has resulted in many a system restore after wishing I hadnt upgraded, My version is fine I was wondering though what benefit is macrovision detection is this just a modification to pacify the anti copy brigade???

I actually have the same question as nigeljkuk. I haven't had any problems w/ the old version & is it worth fixing something that ain't broke?
