As impressive as Microsoft's new device appears to be, unfortunately, it will not be able to stand up against the PS3. Sony's use of the blu-ray disc will totally crush Microsoft's effort (Sorry Billy Boy). Therefore, I will not be buying an Xbox 360. I'll just be content with my Xbox and PC and hold out until Sony releases its new much more advanced system.

Xboc 360 is over, through finished, done, stick a fork in her cause she is well done. PS3 specs have been officially unveiled and it is more than 2 times more powerful than the xbox next. IF MS have problems with sony though their symtem was sliiiiightly more powerful, what are they going to do now that they would have to hook two xbox 360 together to even come close to the ps3 capabilities. Dude, the dreamcast had the best game off all time. Phantasy Star Online 1 & 2. Well, the xbox has them aswell, and nintendo has it too. But originally, dreamcast had it and it rocked.

To sum up the important stuff regarding XBL:

There will be two versions of Xbox Live. Silver is free (everyone gets it), and Gold is a paid subscription, like the current XBL. It looks like Xbox Live will be free on the weekends for everyone; Gold members will get it all the time, obviously. Current Xbox Live accounts will carry over to the 360 and become Gold Xbox Live accounts. Both Gold and Silver members will be able to download demos, trailers, and other content through XBL.

This info seems pretty legit, and some insiders have confirmed that this is indeed a real leak.
