AOL found guilty

AOL was found guilty in German court in charges that claimed AOL to violate copyrights of music copyright holders by allowing people to swap digital copies of music in its network. This ruling sets very clear limits for ISPs responsibility inside E.U. if the ruling stays the same in supreme courts.
