MP3.com bought majority stake of mp3radio.com

MP3.com announced today that it has bought majority stake of mp3radio.com from its venture partner Cox Interactive Media. mp3radio.com is a service that provides localized music news and free music downloads for over 100 American radio stations. Financial terms of the deal were not published.
