PlayStation Cloud suggested by domain registrations

PlayStation Cloud suggested by domain registrations Domains have been registered that indicate Sony is about to reveal something called "PlayStation Cloud".
The domains have been registered by a system administrator for Gaikai, which is a games streaming company that was bought by Sony in 2012 for $380 million. They suggest that an upcoming "PlayStation Cloud" service is to be announced, which would fit with rumors that the PS4 supports game streaming, and may use it to allow PS4 owners to play older PS3 titles.

The domains include playstation-cloud.com, playstation-cloud.org and ps-cloud.net.

Sony is expected to officially announce the PlayStation 4 (PS4) console in New York tomorrow, with rumors suggesting a holiday release for Japan and North America, followed by a Spring 2014 release in Europe.

Here's an interesting snippet I picked up today

One must be careful not to overstate gaming's ability to turn that around.

Its Computer Entertainment division accounts for 11% of Sony's sales, while 56% of the firm's profits - disregarding the parts that make losses - come from selling life insurance, consumer loans and financial products in Japan.

CE's like PS4 & new TV designs etc are not what they once were to Sony these days.
