Amazon's new product will be 'bigger than Kindle'

Amazon has sent out invites for a recruiting event in Massachusetts that hints on something huge brewing for the e-tailing giant.
As with most invites or press releases from Amazon, there is a lot left to the imagination, but the secret project promises to be "bigger than Kindle!"

The invite comes via the Kindle New Initiatives team and the product or service will "deliver digital media to our customers in new ways and disrupt the marketplace."

Most likely, the device will be Amazon's oft-rumored streaming set-top box, although there is a chance it could be Amazon's Kindle phone that has been rumored for over two years.

Kindle Stinks ! The Tablets don't work well and they many are defective. Everything on the Kindle cost you money. Do yourself a favor and buy a real Android Tablet not a money grabber. Mostly everything is Free or included on regular Android Tablets. Who cares about anything else this greedy disgusting company sells ? I'm speaking from my own experience not just blowing smoke. Of course you will have their lackeys disputing what I am writing. So ... In that case find out for yourself

I know if I ever got a kindle tablet it would be rooted and wiped immediately lol. I'm not into their locked down UI, and I don't need any technically support from them but the free month trial of prime is always a plus :D.

Well, they sell stuff generally pretty cheap so why not buy from them?

Oh yeah, I have a Kindle Fire (1st generation). Google's tab is definitely better, but Kindle isn't that horrible and not everything costs you money. You're talking out of your ass.

Sounds like Ronhondo needs to put down the crack pipe and slowly back away.

Amazon has to be the least greedy company on earth. They are the complete opposite of Apple. Bezos is criticized often by the money hungry types because he doesn't cave to the same scum bag practices loved by Wall Street.

Amazon practically created the whole online shopping ecosystem that is so fantastic today. Prime alone makes Amazon better than most companies. Free 2 day shipping on nearly everything and thousands of streaming movies and shows for no extra money. Kindle lending library allows you to read books for free with no obligation to ever buy them.

Every company should be as "greedy" as Amazon. The world would be a much better place.
