Hamilton posted a video of his concept, including the homescreen, lock screen and how the watch could work for Siri or making calls.
Check the photos and video:
speaking as someone who has not worn a watch since I got a nokia 3410.
that I would wear
Great... now thieves can steal it right off their wrist and then rob them for the phone too while they are at it.
It is the best looking proto I've seen yet...but I still wouldn't want one; even if it was running Android/Ubuntu/Windows/etc. If it was setup as a real phone...like bluetooth calling and a wifi hotspot and no handset needed at all unless you want the bigger screen (and then you just need a basic $100 screen device instead of a $600 phone)...THEN I might want one...of course I'd prefer something made by ANY OTHER COMPANY.
Quote:This is the closest thing I've seen to what you described, and I nearly bought into it. The only reason I didn't is because I really don't like taking a chance in investing on an unproven market. Still if Neptune does take off, it might be worth getting one later on.

Meh...I still don't see the need for a watch when my phone does it all. Have had a hell of a time finding watch bands that fit over the years and expect this would be even more of an issue whether you have a wrist bigger or smaller than they think it should be. AND at the end of the day it would not be an Apple product if I did buy one.
Definitely the coolest "watch-phone" device yes but I agree with dEwMe.........What a waste. All it does is display the caller and allows you to see texts but not compose them and allows you to answer/decline a phone call.
What stupid moron idiot would buy into this nonsense crap?? It's emphatically useless and like having two TVs with the 2nd acting as only a PIP solution. Wasteful!
I also agree with first comment that now criminals know you have a damn phone on you.

This looks like a ladies phone/braclet.

People keep their phone in their purse or pocket except the one or two times per day they actually use the phone. Oh wait, people are talking or texting or surfing on their phones in public ALL day long. I mean the headphones would never give up your secret (that dude has headphones, but they must be plugged into an old Walkman). Better hide your car keys, they'll know you own a car. That's one of the saddest comments I think I've ever read.
