As a reminder, the Coty group has overseen Chloe fragrances
since the acquisition of the Unilever prestige sector in July 2005.

Michele Scannavini, President of Coty Prestige, comments:
"This acquisition was an important step in Coty's development. The group now
holds the leading position on the worldwide fragrance market. Today, Chloe
considerably strengthens our designer fragrance offer.

The launch of the new fragrance is a major step for us. This
new women's fragrance reflects the values of the Chloe brand: a contemporary
vision of femininity, both aspirational and universal."

Ralph Toledano, CEO of Chloe, announces: "The launch of a new
Chloe fragrance is an event that is as important as it is eagerly awaited by
our brand. This new women's fragrance arrives after Chloe Collection, created
in 2005. We hope that it will make its way into the family of great
classics."

With Chloe, Coty aims to considerably strengthen its position
on the worldwide market of selective designer fragrance brands.

"The new Chloe fragrance incarnates the spirit and values of
the brand: eternally feminine and trendy fashion. We will distribute this new
fragrance on the selective circuit as of February 2008 in Europe and the
United States, Canada, Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia and the Middle East,"
points out Michele Scannavini.

Founded in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, Chloe has belonged to the
Richemont luxury group since 1985.

Since its creation, the brand has always hired young talents
who have quickly become great designers, such as Karl Lagerfeld in 1966,
Martine Sitbon in 1980, Stella McCartney in 1997 and Phoebe Philo in 2001. On
October 11, 2006, Paulo Melim Andersson took over the reins and became
Artistic Director for the brand.

Today's young stars have fallen in love with this new form of elegance,
just as the Hollywood stars of yesteryear did before them.

Chloe is seeing rapid worldwide expansion: 57 boutiques throughout the
world with upcoming openings planned for Los Angeles and Las Vegas. 40% of
worldwide Chloe sales are generated in Europe, 25% in the United States.
