Duff & Phelps Prices Initial Public Offering At US$16 Per Share

Duff & Phelps Corporation (NYSE: DUF), a leading independent financial
advisory and investment banking firm, today announced that it has priced its
initial public offering of 8,300,000 shares of Class A common stock at US$16
per share.

The Class A common stock is expected to begin trading tomorrow, September
28, 2007, on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "DUF." Duff &
Phelps Corporation has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase
up to 1,245,000 additional shares of Class A common stock at the public
offering price less underwriting discounts to cover over-allotments.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and UBS Investment Bank are acting as joint
bookrunning managers for the offering, and Lehman Brothers, William Blair &
Co., Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and Fox-Pitt Kelton Cochran Caronia Waller are
acting as Co-Managers.
