- 25th NHS Trust to Select the Electronic Rostering Software

The Royal West Sussex NHS Trust is the 25th NHS Trust to award
a contract to Manpower Software plc for an electronic rostering system. The
contract provides for the Trust-wide deployment of MAPS Healthroster.

Anna Parfrement, Assistant HR Director with the Trust said "we
are delighted to be implementing MAPS Healthroster across the Trust for
nursing, midwifery and other staff groups. The Trust needed a system that had
proven links to the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and that could be utilised
to roster the available workforce efficiently. After a detailed evaluation of
vendors, Manpower Software were chosen because of their proven NHS Trust-wide
implementations, the savings they have achieved, their extensive UK support
operations and the number of 'live' ESR integrations"

other Trusts including The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust and Chelsea &
Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is a key component in Trusts
selecting MAPS Healthroster. We now have 25 NHS Trusts in England & Wales who
have implemented, or are currently implementing MAPS Healthroster, with our
users now including Acute, Foundation, PCT, Mental Health & Learning
Disability Trusts and an Ambulance Service. We have seen a growing interest
in electronic rostering from NHS Trusts during the past six months, with 10
contracts for MAPS Healthroster being signed since 1st June 2007.
