Airline Passenger Complaints
LONDON, June 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Whatever you do when your on your way to that well earned holiday in the
sun this summer, do NOT drop your seat back on passenger behind you.
In a survey of over 5,000 UK holidaymakers, Real Holiday Reports.Com, the
Holiday and Hotel review site, asked the question
What do Airline passengers hate the most.?
The results were as follows:
Having the seat dropped back on you: 46.6%
Badly behaved kids: 18.9%
Drunken passengers: 18.4%
Crying babies: 14.5%
Boring people sat next to you: 1.6%
"It doesn't surprise me one bit that having the seat dropped back on you
came out on top, as it's my pet hate as well ", said a company spokesman.
"Airlines, in their greed to try to cram as many people as possible onto
a flight, mean there's little or no room between seats as there is".
"But to then get some inconsiderate person in front of you, drop their
seat back just as your about to settle down to a nice in flight drink, sends
most of us up the wall. I've noticed on a recent flight with Ryanair, that
they have removed the ability to recline the seats, so the problem of a
confrontation with the person in front, spoiling the start of your holiday
has been removed."
