DENTON, Texas, July 2 /PRNewswire/ --

- The Agreement Provides Tens of Thousands of Security Systems
Integrators and Installers Access to Off-the-Shelf, Easy to Install
Intelligent Video Solutions

ioimage, the pioneer of intelligent video appliances designed for
simplicity, announced today that it has signed a distribution agreement with
Northern Video Systems, a leading distributor of security, surveillance and
IP video equipment, to distribute its products to security systems
integrators and dealers throughout North America.

Through the agreement, Northern Video will offer off-the-shelf
intelligent video solutions from ioimage that are simple to install, operate
and maintain. Northern Video serves systems integrators and dealers in North
America and will distribute ioimage's products through its headquarters in
Rocklin, California, and distribution centers in Texas and New Jersey.

"We are excited to represent ioimage since its products offer
off-the-shelf intelligent video solutions," said Brian James, Vice President
of Northern Video. "This kind of solution will appeal to small and mid-size
security sites that have been slow to embrace video analytics because of the
involved complexity and costs".

"By joining forces with Northern Video, ioimage is able to bring its
high-performing, yet easy-to-install intelligent video solutions to a larger
group of system integrators and dealers," said Garry Clark, President of
ioimage Americas. "We're providing unprecedented access to intelligent video
products, enabling both high level security facilities such as power plants,
airports and manufacturing facilities, as well as industrial and commercial
facilities such as car dealerships and universities to deploy video
analytics".

ioimage offers a comprehensive line-up of intelligent video devices,
including video encoders and cameras that enable installers to take a
plug-and-play approach to video analytics. ioimage solutions are ideal for
retrofitting installations and installing new systems. Earlier this year,
ioimage expanded its line of IP cameras with video analytics built in. The
ioicam mmp100dn, a 3-megapixel IP camera, received the Security Industry
Association's Product Achievement Award at ISC West, Las Vegas this March.
