We are very pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Patrick Brady as a
Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Mercury Partners LLC
and its affiliates ("Mercury").
Patrick is a senior Wall Street executive with over 23 years of
experience in managing global Institutional Investment businesses at
Salomon Brothers (5 years), Goldman Sachs (8 years) and Merrill Lynch
(8 years) with particular expertise in sales, trading, and capital
markets. Most recently at Merrill Lynch, Patrick was a Managing Director
in the Equity Capital Markets group. Previously, Patrick developed
extensive experience in the Asian equity and fixed income markets while
managing businesses for Goldman Sachs in Tokyo, Hong Kong and New York.
Patrick's global expertise will be an invaluable addition to our team, a
competitive advantage for our firm and a significant asset for our
investors. In addition, Patrick will continue to further strengthen our
operations, risk management and overall business to that of a 'best in
