Guaranteed 25% Annual Return for New Property Financial Instruments From Seven Continent Investment
LONDON, August 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Seven Continent Investment (7Ci) has launched a range of Financial Instruments, including the 25% Guaranteed Return, offering a high yield, no risk investment vehicle in the property industry. With the 25% Guaranteed Return, the investor provides private financing to the Development Company in return for guaranteed returns of 25% in the first year, payable as 6.25% of the investment sum per quarter. The Financial Instruments secure investors' money against land or property, free of debts and confirmed by an independent valuer to be worth 100% of the sums held. The Development Company's land or property is put in the sole hands of leading UK overseas property solicitors, ILP, who hold the security in escrow. With their experience of the property industry around the world, and working with some of the leading developers, 7Ci recognises the difficulties that developers can face when trying to obtain financing in emerging markets - be they delays, prohibitive interest rates or lack of availability of loans. Each provides an increasing level of guaranteed return on the initial investment. 1. 25% Guaranteed Return Invest a minimum of GBP30,000 for 12 months. 25% interest is paid back as 6.25% at the end of each quarter. The initial investment is paid back after 12 months. 2. Financial Partnership Invest a minimum of GBP50,000 for 24 months. Returns will be 40-70% dependent on when interest payments are taken (monthly payments in first 12 months are possible). The initial investment sum is paid back in full after 12 months. 3. 100% Return Invest a minimum of GBP100,000 for 36 months. Returns will be 15% in year 1, 30% in year 2 and 60% in year 3.
