contract with Ireland's Further Education Training and Awards Council
(FETAC.) Under the contract, Satyam will drive FETAC's implementation of
Enterprise-Class BPM solutions for its core business processes.

Satyam won the contract as a result of its proven leadership in
Consulting and Enterprise Business Solutions market, and its BPM consulting
and services expertise. Satyam will use Teamworks(R), Lombardi's award
winning BPM suite to roll out a multi-tiered solution that includes Process
Management, Business Intelligence, and Document Management via enhanced
security and integration frameworks. The solution will automate several
manual processes and provide FETAC with enhanced process visibility and
performance, stronger collaboration with business stakeholders, and reduced
service cycle times.
