Olymp Culinaric: Europe's First High-level Gourmet - and Networking Event.

VIENNA, Austria, September 4 /PRNewswire/ --

- Starting Signal for Superlative Yearly Event on September 29th in
Vienna

- London Will Follow in 2008, and Then Shanghai

The international business world needs an international stage. As a
superlative gourmet- and networking event, the first ever Olymp Culinaric is
taking on this challenge. The premiere is taking place in Vienna: five of the
world's most renowned starred chefs will put five continents in the culinary
spotlight in the form of a 10-course menu on September 29th, 2007 at the
Platinum Vienna (Uniqa Tower) in the Vienna city center. Perfectly-chosen
accompanying wines by "Master of Wine" Josef Schuller and a varied
entertainment program - soul diva Marla Glen will provide the musical
highlight - will make the evening an unforgettable experience.

Take five exceptional chefs and the best wines in the world, mix them
with the thrilling atmosphere of one of the most impressive locations in
Austria, and garnish the whole thing with high-profile international guests
from politics, diplomacy and commerce. All this adds up to the most important
ingredients for a high-level gourmet and networking event that is unique in
Europe - the Olymp Culinaric. The purpose of the evening: to offer a platform
for business contacts with an international orientation that is unique in
Europe for a select group of 400 guests. Only a few tables for the event are
still available at http://www.olympculinaric.com.

Nina Billinger, organizer of the Olymp Culinaric, explains: "From
conversations with business leaders, I know that Austria - as a business hub
in central Europe - has until now lacked a high-level event that facilitates
business contacts at the highest level. I developed the idea for the Olymp
Culinaric to fill this gap." Consequently, the highest-class gourmet- and
networking event that Europe has ever seen will come into being.

Five of the best chefs in the world will create a culinary fireworks

- Ralf Zacherl is cooking for America

- Frank Zlomke from South Africa presents the flavors of Africa

- Greg Malouf will put Australia in the culinary spotlight

- Gianluigi Bonelli will present the tastes of Asia

- Gerhard Fuchs, Austrian Cook of the Year 2004, is cooking for Europe

Dr. Josef Schuller, Master of Wine and Director of the Wine Academy of
Austria, will select the accompanying wines.

Around the world in 10 courses

As for delicacies in the 10 courses, the guests can look forward to,
among other things, hazelnut falafel with dessert truffles, an oven-roasted
"whit firm fish" presented with cape vegetable laksa broth, as well as
cherry-crusted loin of springbok accompanied by sautéed porcini mushrooms and
foie de gras sauce - paired with international top wines and bubbling vintage
champagnes. Soul diva Marla Glen, who came to Vienna just for this evening,
has been engaged for the entertainment program.
