Swiss Hawk AG and Deutsche European Real Estate Plc to Launch two Real Estate Funds
ZUG, Switzerland, September 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Swiss Hawk AG announced that it has made a co-operation agreement with
Deutsche European Real Estate Plc ("DERE") to co-operate in the initiation
and launch of two real estate investment funds to be listed on the Frankfurt
Market before the end of 2007.
Swiss Hawk AG has agreed to provide seed-finance and to arrange for the
new real estate investment funds to be listed on the Frankfurt Market.
Furthermore during 2007, Swiss Hawk will facilitate further substantial fund
raisings for the two real estate funds through institutions and private
equity investors. Swiss Hawk AG is currently in talks with a number of high
profile players in Germany, United Kingdom and Switzerland.
The two real estate funds will be focused as follows:
Hanseatic & Baltic Fund with objective to invest in suitable commercial
and residential real estate in the Hanseatic and Baltic regions.
Deutsche Residential Fund with objective to invest in high quality
residential real estate in selected areas throughout Germany.
It has been agreed that DERE will have an exclusive fund management
agreement with both of the real estate funds.

vehicles and entering into long term real estate fund management agreements
