"The growth in the 4th Quarter is related to strong growth of net
subscribers as well as higher ARPU (Average Revenue per User). This is a
result of strong demand for GVT's services across all segments and
territories, the growth of bundle sales, as well as the expansion of our
network coverage in existing and new cities," stated GVT's CEO, Amos Genish.

"We are pleased with the company's continuous fast growth and margin
improvement, especially in the most high-potential and high-growth segment of
the market, Next Generation Services (Broadband, high speed data and VoIP),
where GVT is a market leader. The company's strong position in this segment,
combined with our strong value propositions in the conventional segments,
will be an important factor in meeting our revenues and EBITDA growth
objectives for 2008," stated GVT Chairman Shaul Shani.
