semiconductor solutions for network infrastructure applications, to deliver
high performance software solutions around Mindspeed's Comcerto(R) broadband
gateway processors.

Through this partnership GlobalEdge becomes a member of
Mindspeed's OpenMind(TM) developer ecosystem. GlobalEdge will be providing
product realization services that will be combining Mindspeed's Comcerto
processors with market ready applications and accelerate the OEM's
time-to-market. This partnership enables customers to cut development costs
while reducing development time for turnkey and customizable designs based on
Comcerto family of VoIP, Data and Mixed Media processors.

Mindspeed's Comcerto processors for Residential, Small
Office/Home Office (SOHO) and Small-to-Midsize Businesses (SMB) offer
high-performance VPN/WAN routing with QoS and carrier-class VoIP. Comcerto
based solutions speed the delivery of broadband "residential gateway" and
"Office-In-a-Box" customer premise products while reducing total system cost.

GlobalEdge has been delivering VoIP, WiFi, Residential and
SOHO gateway solutions on some of the most complex System on Chip (SoC)

portfolio of embedded services and solutions for the consumer, networking,
