Bytemobile Appoints Openwave Veteran Warren Simpson as Vice President, Worldwide Customer Support

network operators, today announced the appointment of Warren Simpson as vice
president, Worldwide Customer Support. Simpson joined Bytemobile after eight
years in technical support management positions at Openwave Systems.

Simpson has over 20 years of technical support experience in the
enterprise hardware, application software and telecommunications industry
segments. At Openwave, he was director of Technical Support for mobile and
messaging product lines in Europe, Middle East and Africa; mobile products
worldwide; and third-party stack technologies worldwide. He was responsible
for maintenance and support revenue and a staff of over 35 engineers,
architects and customer support managers in eight countries. On a regional
basis, Simpson's team achieved industry best-in-class customer satisfaction
levels and created value-added services to develop new revenue streams.

Prior to Openwave, Simpson held technical support team leadership
positions at Northgate Information Systems and McDonnell Douglas. Educated in
the U.K., he earned a diploma in Technology and Engineering with distinction
in Mathematics.
