STOCKHOLM, February 11 /PRNewswire/ -- In the summer of 2007, two leading providers of wireless

Sweden announced that they were to merge and form one larger company. The
merged company will from today be operating under one brand name, Axell
Wireless ("the Company").

The merger creates the largest European manufacturer of
wireless coverage solutions, as well as the No 3 global provider. All
operations will now be carried out under the new name, Axell Wireless.

The aim of Axell Wireless is to become the first choice for
wireless coverage solutions on a global basis by providing an integrated
range of coverage systems meeting the needs of a wide variety of customers
and supporting all major wireless technologies. The 30 year pedigree of the
Company means it is well qualified to help with any type of wireless coverage
project across any part of the radio spectrum. Axell Wireless offers both
standard products and a range of platforms which can be customised to meet
the precise requirements of their customers.

The new Company will be launched officially at the Mobile World Congress
in Barcelona, 11-14 February 2008 (stand 2B26). At this major event, Axell
Wireless will also introduce its next generation of multi-band repeaters, the
MBF (Multi-Band Fibre fed repeater). The MBF offers seamless multi-band
coverage in any environment including tunnels, metros, stadiums, airports and
large buildings. It is specifically designed to meet the industry's highest
standards as it offers exceptionally high output powers, yet uses convection
cooling, thereby significantly extending the equipment's total lifetime and
lowering power consumption. Higher output power means a fewer number of sites
are required, which in turn lowers the capital expenditure for the rollout as
a whole. The MBF will be available in single, dual, tri and quad band
variants and will support an increasing number of wireless technologies
including GSM (900/1800), UMTS, Tetra, DVB-H, and WiFi in 2008 with others to
follow. The system whilst initially available in a wall or rack mounted
cabinet will also later in 2008 be available in a street furniture variant.
The MBF will be managed by Axell Wireless' market leading AEM software
package.

Ian Brown, CEO comments: "Combining our product range and
distribution networks under one name, Axell Wireless makes perfect sense. We
are continuing to expand our business at a rapid pace and opening new
regional offices across the globe to more effectively serve the needs of our
customers. In the last month we opened a regional HQ in Singapore and expect
further offices to follow shortly both in Europe and the Americas. Further we
are extremely excited about the launch of our new MBF multi-band repeater
platform at the forthcoming Mobile World Congress which we believe will set
new standards for price/performance throughout the industry".
