E.J. Brooks UK Ltd Consolidates Into New UK Headquarters

Brooks Company of Livingston, New Jersey (USA), the world's leading manufacturer and distributor of high barrier and tamper evident security seals, has completed the consolidation of its previously reported acquisition of Markitwise International Ltd of Worcestershire, England. Markitwise International is a leading provider of tamper evident tape, label, property marking and asset management products. The newly created company is to be called E.J.Brooks UK Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of E.J. Brooks Company. The new company will be manufacturing, marketing and distributing both Brooks and Markitwise brands from new UK headquarters located in Worcestershire. E.J.
