Jerrel Fielder as general manager. As a technology veteran with strong
credentials in business and organizational development, operations and sales,
Fielder is uniquely suited for his new role. As general manager, he will be
responsible for installing the business systems and processes needed to scale
the company, such as sales and customer satisfaction tracking, vendor and
partner management, and recruitment of top-notch talent.

on analytic applications. While at Business Objects, Fielder was responsible
for North America analytic applications and grew the operation from start-up
to over US$30 million in two years. Prior to Business Objects, he held senior
positions at Acxiom Corporation in operations, organizational development,
technology and sales.
