NetDragon's New Game 'Way of the Five' Honoured by the PRC Ministry of Culture By Being Included in Its Third List of 'Healthy Online Games for Youngsters'

HONG KONG, February 18 /PRNewswire/ --

One of the leading game developers and operators in the PRC, NetDragon
Websoft Inc. ("NetDragon" or the "Company", with its subsidiary collectively
the "Group"; Stock Code: 8288.HK) is pleased to announce that its new game
"Way of the Five" has been honoured by the PRC Ministry of Culture's
Examination Committee for Game Content ("the PRC Ministry of Culture") by
being included in its third list of "Healthy Online Games for Youngsters."

The PRC Ministry of Culture announced its first and second lists of
"Healthy Online Games for Youngsters" on 5th August 2005 and 24th January
2006 respectively. To get a place on this list, games must originate from the
PRC, be intellectually stimulating, and provide recreation that is also
educational. Games included in the third list of "Healthy Online Games for
Youngsters" were selected from several dozen games recommended by the general
public. The list is provided to help both parents and the general public make
informed decisions when selecting online games for young people for the
winter vacation.

The online game "Way of the Five," which is ready to be launched by the
Group, is based on the old Chinese story about the creation of the world. It
aims to create a warm, friendly and healthy gaming environment, encouraging a
spirit of unity and interdependence, and promoting good communication and
interaction between players. The Group expects to officially launch "Way of
the Five" in the second quarter of 2008.

Mr. Liu Dejian, Chairman and Executive Director of NetDragon, said, "Over
the past few years we have been striving to develop games which are healthy
and intellectually stimulating. We are very pleased that 'Way of the Five'
has been recommended by the PRC Ministry of Culture. Looking ahead, we will
continue to develop new games, enhancing our profitability and bringing
optimal returns for our shareholders."
