Masternaut Three X Acquires FibreCity in Multi-Million Pound Deal


LEEDS, England, February 19 /PRNewswire/ --     The UK's leading web-based telematics and mobile solutions company,
Masternaut Three X, has acquired FibreCity, the leading-edge ISP based in
Aberford, Leeds, in a deal worth GBP 6 million. Established by Brannan
Tempest and Craig Tempest, FibreCity has been a front-runner in the Internet
service provision and applications market since the company was founded in
1987. The acquisition of FibreCity enables Masternaut Three X to provide more
extended hosted back-office solutions that are fully integrated with its
telematics and mobile software.

to provide comprehensive service and solutions packages to our customers that
include secure fully-managed hosting in our own state-of-the-art

In addition, the deal has enabled Masternaut Three X to expand its
premises to over 25,000 sq ft and its team of highly skilled team to 150.
