Solcara's Strong Growth Continues With Appointment of Global Sales Director


LONDON, March 17 /PRNewswire/ --     Solcara, the market-leading provider of software for the control,
management and searching of digital information, continued its strong growth
with the appointment today of sales big-hitter Bill Saumarez as Global Sales
Director.

As Solcara's Sales Director, Bill will be responsible for the
management of a six-person sales team in the UK and Ireland and is charged
with delivering further sales and partnerships to drive Solcara's aggressive
growth strategy, including greater penetration in the EU and US markets.

Bill joins Solcara after ten years in the software industry and
more recently at Autonomy subsidiary Meridio, where he was UK Sales Manager.
He has worked for big names in the software industry including Visio
(Microsoft), Siebel Systems and Hummingbird Ltd, where he was Alliances
Director, charged with restructuring and developing a partner strategy for
the business.
