announced that its Wyndgate Technologies(R) (Wyndgate) division has formed a
strategic marketing alliance with Cerner Corporation (Cerner) (Nasdaq: CERN),
a leading provider of healthcare information technology (HIT) solutions.
Cerner will market Wyndgate's comprehensive blood management software modules
in conjunction with Cerner's universally known Millennium Suite laboratory
information system (LIS). Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
