7 Million Internet Users Visit Travelzoo's European Websites

- UK, German and French Websites Enjoy Record Traffic levels in First
Quarter

Travelzoo (NASDAQ: TZOO), a global Internet media company,
today announced that its three European websites in the UK, Germany and
France attracted 7.1 million visitors in the period from 1 January to 31
March, 2008, according to Google Analytics. These record figures represent an
increase of more than 3 million European visitors when compared to the same
period last year.

UK

The UK website, Travelzoo's first in Europe, attracted
4,418,143 visitors during the period. According to Google Analytics, visitors
viewed 12,776,405 pages on the UK website. 32% of all visitors came directly
to http://www.travelzoo.co.uk, 38% of visitors were referred by other sites
and 15.5% were referred by search engines.

According to Hitwise, Travelzoo's UK site was the 8th most
visited website in the travel category from 3 to 9 February and 19th most
visited in the first three months of 2008. Travelzoo's cruise channel ranked
as the 3rd most visited cruise website in the UK for the week of 24 February
to 1 March and was the 10th most visited cruise website in the first three
months of the year.

Germany

The German website which launched in November of 2007, attracted
1,271,803 visitors in the first three months of 2008, 37% of all visitors
came directly to the site http://www.travelzoo.de, 24.5% came from referring
sites and 8% came from search engines.

France

The French website, which launched in January 2008, attracted
1,394,764 visitors in the period. 25% of visitors came directly to the site
http://www.travelzoo.fr, 34% were referred by other sites and 12% were
referred by search engines.
