H. ET ASSOCIES, GROUPE PHILIPPE HOTTINGUER, was the Overall Coordinator of a Private Placement of Shares and BELVEDERE Redeemable Stock Purchase Warrants for a Total Amount of EUR310 Million
PARIS, September 7 /PRNewswire/ -- With regard to an agreement concluded between the founding managers of
Groupe Belvédère and Groupe CLF, the operation to reclassify shares and
Belvédère redeemable stock purchase warrants held by Groupe CLF was
successfully completed with qualified European investors at a price of EUR167
per share and EUR82 per redeemable stock purchase warrant.
This reclassification, worth a total of EUR310 million, which concerns
62% of the capital, has significantly increased the float. The operation,
which took place under promising market conditions that were not very
promising, shows that investors trust the group's development strategy and
want to support the pioneering managers with their ambitious project to make
Belvédère a leading global provider of spirits.
