CGS Expands Outsourcing Capacity in Romania with the Opening of Two New Facilities in Bucharest and Brasov

Capabilities and Multi-Lingual Customer Care Services

Computer Generated Solutions, Inc. (CGS), a global leader in innovative
IT solutions and outsourcing services, today announced a significant
expansion of its BPO and customer care outsourcing centers in Romania. CGS
Romania S.R.L., a wholly-owned subsidiary of CGS, plans to employ an
additional 1,000 employees for its newest state-of-the-art facilities in
Bucharest and Brasov. CGS is targeting to employ more than 2,000 employees at
its outsourcing facilities in Romania by the end of 2008.

Over the last two years, CGS has made major investments to expand its
outsourcing operations in Romania to deliver customer care, technical
support, BPO, application and software development services. The company's
Romanian and European headquarters are based in Bucharest where the company
supports North American and European as well as local Romanian clients.
Vertical industries supported range from technology and telecommunications to
consumer electronics and financial services.

The new facilities in Bucharest and Brasov provide state-of-the-art
infrastructure and technology platforms to expand our service offerings and
meet the expanding needs of our global clients in North America and Europe.
The new Brasov center is located in the Tractorul Business Park. The new
centers have started providing services for clients this month and will be
expanding its services to existing and new clients. The company plans to
continue its aggressive expansion plans with additional facilities in
Bucharest scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2008.
