Namesco Announce Acquisition of Register365.com, Irelands Largest Hosting Provider

WORCESTER, England, May 29 /PRNewswire/ --     Worcester based Namesco Ltd has today announced the acquisition of
Register365.com, Irelands largest hosting provider, through its subsidiary
Namesco Ireland Ltd adding 40,000 domains to its already impressive
portfolio.

Register365 is the Shared Hosting and Domain Registration division of
Hosting365, named the seventh fastest growing technology company in Ireland
as part of the Deloitte Fast 50. With 35% market share, the purchase of
Register365, is an important part of Namesco's overall expansion plans.

Founded in 1996, Namesco Ltd is now the fourth largest provider in the UK
of Domain Names and Shared Web Hosting Services and among the top 50
