Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Europe to Expand Range of Technologies

Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) announced that its Mission
Systems Europe operations is to increase the range of capabilities and
technologies it offers to customers to include unmanned ground vehicles and
air traffic control systems.

Starting January 2008, Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Europe will
include the UK and Norway operations of the company's Remotec and Park Air
Systems businesses.

The capabilities of Remotec, a world-leading provider of hazardous duty
robotics, and Park Air Systems, a Europe-based developer of communication,
navigation and surveillance systems for the commercial air traffic control
industry, complement those of Mission Systems Europe, which is recognized for
its significant systems integration capabilities and expertise.

Remotec's UK business and Park Air Systems' UK and Norway based
businesses will become part of Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems Europe
operations headquartered in Fareham, Hampshire, and will support the
expansion activities of that organisation.
