Outsmart's Plug 'n Talk(TM) Offers an Innovative and Affordable Communication Solution for Cellcom Israel's Travelers

announced that Cellcom Israel, Israel's largest mobile operator, has launched
the Plug & Talk(TM) service, based on Outsmart's platform. Cellcom Israel
offers Outsmart's Plug & Talk(TM) service to its travelers abroad, and is the
first mobile operator in Israel to launch this service. The service,
transforms any Laptop into a Cellcom Israel's mobile phone, allowing users to
make and receive calls, and send/receive SMS messages through their Laptops.
Users traveling abroad will be able to benefit from one Cellcom Israel
identity both on their mobile handset and on their laptop with simultaneous
ringing, access to SIM contacts and voice mail, and a cost-effective tariff
plan from any place in the world.
The Plug 'n Talk(TM) service is based on Outsmart's Smart Convergence
Platform, The Plug 'n Talk(TM) enables VoIP communication using a laptop with
all the benefits of a mobile device and mobile network services with
attractive tariffs.
Preloaded onto a USB device, the service includes Voice, Video,
Simultaneous Ringing, Messaging, Handover and other value-added services.
