QuizWinners' Worldwide Expansion Kicks off in the UK

HILVERSUM, The Netherlands, July 3 /PRNewswire/ --

- "What's More Fun Than Outsmarting Friends, Family or Colleagues?"

Dutch company HIMES launches their unique multiplayer quiz platform
Quizwinners.co.uk (http://quizwinners.com/en/) in the UK, the kick off for a
worldwide expansion. A word from HIMES's managing director Wouter Tabernal:
"Internet users no longer compete just with a computer but with real
opponents and for real cash prizes. This way quizzing becomes much more
exciting. Besides, what's more fun than outsmarting friends or colleagues?"

Answering to the higher demands in the online gaming market, HIMES
developed Quizwinners a worldwide unique 24/7 multiplayer quiz platform. With
the launch of this platform in August 2007, HIMES scored a worldwide first.
Now, less than a year later, HIMES exports this unique and successful
platform to countries all over the world, starting with the UK.

"The quizzes are fair tests of knowledge," says Wouter Tabernal. "The
user is always completely in control of his own achievements." Thanks to a
unique ranking system players compete against opponents of their own level.
Therefore, everybody has a fair chance of success.

In order to make the quizzes as authentic as possible, they are compiled
by native editors from the UK. An editorial staff of some fifty journalists
created thousands of questions per quiz to give the user a new quiz
experience with each game they play. Currently users can play the Top Trivia
Quiz, Quiz for Her, Showbiz Quiz, Football Quiz and the News Quiz. In
addition, new quizzes are already in development and it won't be long until
these are launched as well.
