- Veteran Business and Technology Executive to Head New North American 
and European Operations Based in Boston

Today iSoftStone Information Service Corporation (iSoftStone), a leading
Business Consulting, ITO and BPO services company in China, announced that it
has appointed Bruce A. Ferland as President of iSoftStone, Inc. and the head
of its newly formed North American and European Operations. The North
American and European Business Group will be headquartered in Boston, MA.
Since joining iSoftStone in February 2008, Mr. Ferland has been instrumental
in structuring iSoftStone's new North American and European Business Group.

Mr. Ferland comes to iSoftStone with over 30 years of management,
technology and international operating experience with small to large-scale
financial services and technology companies including DarwinSuzsoft, Marsh &
McLennan, Fidelity Investments, American Express and Electronic Data Systems.
He was most recently the Chairman of DawinSuzsoft.

Prior to joining iSoftStone, Mr. Ferland had been CEO of DarwinSuzsoft
and a Principal of Marsh & McLennan/MMC Capital, focusing on venture capital
and private equity investing. He also held various executive roles with
Fidelity Investments, including the Executive Vice President responsible for
Fidelity.com and Electronic Commerce, Senior Vice President and CIO of the
Fidelity Retail Group and Senior Vice President and CIO of Fidelity
Investments Operations Group.

Additionally, Ferland worked with American Express and its subsidiaries
as the Senior Vice President and CIO of The Shareholder Services Group, First
Data Corporation, and Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer for
The Boston Company. Ferland began his career with Electronic Data Systems
(EDS).
