Diskeeper Corporation has published independent tests showing that its
breakthrough technology InvisiTasking(TM) automatically keeps the busiest
servers free of fragmentation at all times without intruding on systems'
demands, making the essential task of defragmenting hassle free for IT
managers and completely transparent to end users.

The revolutionary technology InvisiTasking, coined of "Invisible" and
"MultiTasking" is developed by Diskeeper Corporation and allows for the
defragmentation tool to use only idle resources. It runs in the background
and does not affect system performance. If there are no resources available,
InvisiTasking simply ceases running until resources are freed up.

Percept Technology labs, an independent product testing and consulting
company ran the tests on Microsoft Jetstress and Microsoft SQL server I/O
simulator (SQLIOSim). Both require a high percentage of hard disk resources,
leaving few idle resources for Diskeeper to utilise.

Results showed that InvisiTasking does as it claims: Diskeeper was able
to defragment files with no intrusion or dampening of system production even
when there was only 1% (on Jetstress) and 0.3% (on SQLIOSim) of disk
resources available for Diskeeper to perform its defragmentation.

Percept's testing demonstrates that even in situations where disks are
heavily fragmented and disk resources are at a premium, Diskeeper keeps its
promise to clean up fragmentation and maintain this state on defragmented
hard drives while not affecting overall system performance.
