BONN, Germany, July 29 /PRNewswire/ -- - fotocommunity at the photokina 2008 http://www.fotocommunity.com, Europe's community for photography, will be at the photokina in Cologne from September 23 to 28. Visitors to the world's largest photography fair will experience just what makes fotocommunity special: real-life photography. fotocommunity's presence will be more than just a visual feast: 700 square meters of exhibition space with daily photo workshops and live shootings, a free internet café, a photo exhibition and the fotocommunity WorldConvention event will make the stand in Hall 9 the photographic hub of the fair. On the fotocommunity stage, experts will hold daily workshops on a variety of topics. Whether photomontage, fashion and portrait photography, night photography, retouching, color management, photo rights or live nude photo shootings on stage - everyone has the opportunity to expand their knowledge of photography and capture images they might not come across every day. On Saturday, September 27, the fotocommunity WorldConvention will take place in the Congress Centre North on the exhibition grounds. Top-class workshops will be offered with lecturers like Robin Preston, DocBaumann, and Playboy photographer David Mecey. A party will follow the workshop program at which several thousand guests are expected.
