Former HP Software Vice President Joins Mazu Networks' Executive Team

Bartlett to the management team as vice president of sales. Bartlett joins
Mazu Networks from HP Software where he continued his executive leadership
position as vice president of sales after the acquisition of Mercury
Interactive Corp(1). Bartlett will lend his strong background in executing
successful sales campaigns in the application performance management market
to his new role leading the Mazu Networks sales organization.

In his role as vice president of sales at Mazu Networks, Bartlett is
responsible for the success of the company's direct, channel and
international sales programs. He will lead the Mazu Networks sales team while
overseeing and growing the company's prospect pipeline. Bartlett is also
responsible for managing Mazu Networks' existing customer base of more than
200 organizations from both the United States and European markets.

Prior to joining Mazu Networks, Bartlett held a series of positions of
increasing executive sales responsibility. Most recently, he served as vice
president of sales for the Eastern region of HP's software division. In this
position he managed a 120-person sales team and was responsible for the
go-to-market sales model and integration of the Mercury and HP sales
teams. Prior to the HP merger, Bartlett's position as vice president of sales
for the Northeast business unit of Mercury was preceded by expanding sales
management roles within the company. Bartlett has also held a vice
president-level sales position at Radview Software Ltd. and sales management
positions at Silicon Graphics, Inc. Bartlett holds a master's degree in
marketing and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Drexel
University

With his deep understanding of and experience in the application
performance management space, Bartlett both understands and will help further
Mazu Networks' efforts in educating the market on the benefits of
