Simon Terry Steps Down as European Managing Director of Auto Europe
LONDON, September 1 /PRNewswire/ -- - (http://www.auto-europe.co.uk) Simon Terry will step down from his role as European managing director of Auto Europe Ltd, http://www.auto-europe.co.uk, in October 2008, to pursue other opportunities within the travel industry. Auto Europe group president, Imad Khalidi said "Simon has done an excellent job for the company. He has steered our European business, managing its costs whilst tripling turnover and profit, over the past 3 Years. Our European business now accounts for in excess of 50% of the total Auto Europe group bookings." Simon joined the business in December 2005 as managing director for UK & Ireland and was promoted to European managing director in July 2006. No replacement has been announced for Terry.
