live, over-the-air demonstrations of the MediaFLO(TM) interactive broadcast
mobile TV platform at IBC 2008 (Mobile Zone, Hall 12, Stand 269), which will
feature audio, video and data applications delivered over both UHF and L-Band
frequencies. The Company will showcase a variety of value-added mobile
broadcast services, including new proof-of-concept interactivity applications
that illustrate the ability to deliver immersive and personalized content
over the MediaFLO platform. The demonstrations will be shown on commercial
and pre-commercial mobile handsets, as well several new concept devices
including a MediaFLO-enabled Wi-Fi accessory for smartphones, USB and
mini-USB MediaFLO accessories for PCs and laptops, and a MediaFLO in-vehicle
system.

The applications highlight numerous ways in which mobile users can
closely engage with live programming and even interact with other viewers.
